At any ATM from any bank or selected retailer/store till points.
Contact us on WhatsApp +27 69 160 0997. The replacement card will be issued to you and the funds will be transferred from your lost card to the new one.
- To receive the EFT, the person needs to initiate the payment, select Access Bank and enter your unique account number to send you money.
- To send an EFT, you have to load a beneficiary or make a once off payment on the internet banking.
Login to your internet banking profile, download statement and the account number will be displayed on the statement.
